Installation principle – How it works:

Prepare the support profile:
Install the horizontal or vertical substructure – e.g. with aluminum profiles.

Install the panels:
The facade panels are attached to the supporting structure with clips. Positioning über existing holes in the panel – simple & präzise.

Forming joints:
Depending on the design, use joint profiles or joint tape – for clean lines and a defined look.

The profile joint of the vertical support profiles must not be located behind a panel! See standard detail drawings.

Installation instructions

The substructure must be installed in accordance with a project-specific structural analysis. The Z-10.3-844 certificate of suitability serves as a basis.

The profiles of the base substructure must be installed plumb and flush.
The horizontal spacing between the support profiles (profile width ≥ 60 mm) must correspond to the length grid of the panels.
The length of the vertical profiles must be divisible by the panel format and should not exceed one floor height.
The profile end must not be located behind a panel.
The vertical joints can be covered with black joint tape (item no. 506).
The clips (item no. 680, 681, 682, 683, 684) must be fastened with at least 2 rivets (item no. 675-01) or 2 screws (item no. 657).
An extended riveting tool (25 mm) is required to work with the rivets (item no. 675-01).
An extended bit is required to work with the screws.
In the area of the clamp fastening, the joints can be closed with the joint profile (item no. 688) and one joint profile holder (item no. 689) per panel.
