A deep dive into the world of crystal glazes

For the development of the SMALTO series, we delve deep into the world of crystal glazes and allow ourselves to be enchanted by unique patterns and shades of color. The basis for this is an extensive collection of glaze samples from our former employee Karl Weber. He worked passionately for many years on raw material combinations and firing curves to create extraordinary colors and looks.

CONCEPT

Craftsmanship, art, and architecture combined in a unique way

From the wide range of patterns, a selection was made for transfer to industrial production. Here, genuine craftsmanship and modern technologies combine to create new products with intense colors and unique ceramic effect structures. They form a lively, unique, and individual work of art for living spaces and public areas.

Colors

Vibrant glaze effects – distinctive patterns

6 colors – each color consists of approx. 75 individually designed tiles. Vibrant glaze effects alternate with subtle variations to create a distinctive tile pattern.

Honey

Bright, warm, powerful.
An intense ochre shade that radiates positive energy.

Terracotta

Earthy, natural, warm.
An expression of closeness to nature, security, and a love of craftsmanship.

Purple

Elegant, cozy, modern.
A representative color that radiates elegance and exclusivity.

MINT

Fresh, vibrant, relaxing.
An optimistic, atmospheric mix of greens that can be combined perfectly with other colors.

Moss

Activating, harmonious.
An intense green color reminiscent of moss in the forest. Moss green stands for naturalness and balance.

Cobalt

Elegant, modern, exclusive.
Blue radiates calm and creates a relaxed living atmosphere.
