Buchtal factory: nine new

On September 2nd, nine young people started their careers at the ceramic tile factory Buchtal (Schwarzenfeld) of DEUTSCHE STEINZEUG Cremer & Breuer AG. The trainees were welcomed by plant manager Thomas Betz, who introduced the company. Elfriede Ertl (Head of Personnel Department), Armin Frank (Head of Customer Service Export), Christoph Fuchs (Chairman of the Youth and Trainee Representation), Karl Mailbeck (Chairman of the Works Council) and the respective instructors wished a good start and warmly welcomed the new employees, who are learning the following professions:

Architectural draughtsman: Dominik Luber, electronics technician for industrial engineering: Lucas Heghoyan and Nikolas Kraus, industrial clerk: Lena Geiß, Sandra Kick and Christoph Kraus, industrial mechanic: Abdullah Karakus and Maurice Pfahler, technical product designer: Nick Saibel.

After visiting the spacious factory exhibition, a special guided tour of the plant followed for initial orientation. A joint lunch, practical tips and organizational details rounded off this special day. The 2019 training year also proves that the promotion of young talents and qualified training at the Buchtal factory of DEUTSCHE STEINZEUG Cremer & Breuer AG continue to have high priority.
