With OCEAN, Agrob Buchtal extends its pool portfolio by a highly aesthetic collection for the atmospheric design of wellness landscapes and swimming pools in indoor and outdoor areas.
The OCEAN series showcases the element of water in all its vibrancy - soft, glittering, rough or roaring. A sophisticated combination of digital printing and glaze pigments creates intensely iridescent colors with great radiance, reminiscent of places of longing. Sandy natural tones line crystal-clear shades of green, Caribbean turquoise or the deep blue of the Pacific like the beach lines the sea. Colour and brightness shades within the individual tiles and in the overall picture are reminiscent of a view of clear seawater. In the interplay between delicately cloudy and fine-grained areas, structures of sand and rock seem to mix with the delicate shimmer of the sun's reflections.
As bar and mosaic formats, the tiles create a harmoniously varying surface appearance and can be perfectly complemented by existing swimming pool ranges such as Ascona, Savona or Quarzit for the pool surround. Matching colors from the ChromaPlural color system allow for interplay with functional pool mouldings such as radial strips or plinths.
In addition to its aesthetic appeal, OCEAN fulfils all functional and technological requirements: the surfaces have a Hytect® finish, facilitate maintenance cleaning and ensure long-lasting hygiene in humid and warm environments. All products have been designed for installation with a joint width of 6 mm, making them suitable for larger pools in terms of building physics and ensuring that they can be connected to other bathroom mouldings with the same joint dimensions. The thermoplastic bonding of the mosaic, which is also available in slip resistance R10/B, reliably withstands use in permanently wet areas.
