A dedicated team of qualified engineers, architects, designers, technicians and colour experts creates the conditions for the rapid and smooth realisation of individual building projects. Agrob Buchtal has been offering this service, which is specifically tailored to the requirements of architects, since 1952. The range of services includes installation plans, quantity surveys, bills of quantities, tender documents and project-specific technical advice. A local contact person is also available on request.

Sample Service

Free samples for your planning

We provide samples for you to assess the material, colour and surface – to assist with the planning of commercial construction projects. You will usually receive samples in their original format; in individual cases, we send colour samples in a similar format.

You can order samples directly via the product search or the series pages on the relevant product detail page. Alternatively, we can assist you with selecting and providing suitable samples as part of a consultation.

You can also save items to the  wishlist without a customer account. With a customer account, you can access your wishlist, sample basket and sample orders across all devices.

What does the architectural service support?

With projects and planning initiatives – from product selection to support with planning and tendering.

What documents/services can you provide?

Depending on the project, we can assist with, amongst other things, installation plans, quantity surveys, and content for specifications and tender documents.

How does an enquiry work?

You send us the key project details (application, dimensions/format, requirements). We will get back to you to clarify the details and agree on the next steps.

Can I request just a single service?

Yes. You can request specific individual services (e.g. a technical assessment or support with a tender).

Is there support for façade applications?

The architect service also provides support for façade applications. Depending on the project, we clarify the system, requirements and suitable products as part of the consultation.

When is the Architect Service the right choice instead of the Sample Service?

If you require project-specific advice, technical consultation or support with tendering/planning – or if samples cannot be clearly selected via the product search.

Who can order samples?

Samples are intended for the planning of commercial construction projects. Private individuals should please contact specialist retailers (dealer search).

To ensure that the provision of samples can be clearly attributed to professional project planning, you must confirm that the project is for commercial use.

How do I order samples?

You can order samples via the product search or the series pages on the relevant product detail page. Alternatively, we can assist you in selecting suitable samples as part of a consultation.

How many samples can I request per order?

You can request up to 10 samples per order.

Are samples always available?

Samples are provided subject to availability in stock.

In some cases, you will receive individual samples of colour, format and/or surface finish which, taken together, correspond to the desired item.

Will I always receive samples in the original format?

Samples are usually sent in their original format. In some cases, colour samples may be provided in a similar format.

How are large formats dispatched?

Tiles larger than 30 × 60 cm are usually shipped on a disposable pallet.

What is the optional telephone contact for?

For quality assurance and product advice from the sales team.
