KerAion® has been a tried-and-tested ceramic façade system for decades and has established itself in architecture worldwide. It combines the design possibilities of ceramics with tried-and-tested system technology - ideal for architects looking for durable, functional and individual façade solutions.

FORMATS, COLORS AND SURFACES

Design facades with colors and images

KerAion® offers various square (60 × 60 cm, 90 × 90 cm) and rectangular formats (60 × 120 cm), which can be used to create clear façade structures - particularly suitable for large buildings.

Large selection of colors: The ceramic tiles are available in satin matt glazes in finely coordinated color nuances and high-contrast glossy tones.

Lightweight & stable

With a panel thickness of only 8 mm and a weight of around 18 kg/m², the elements are particularly light without compromising on stability. This low load significantly reduces the effort and stress on the substructure, which is particularly advantageous for renovations or lightweight structures.

Wide range of colors and surfaces

The panels are available in a wide range of colors, glazes, and surface textures. This allows for individual facade designs that are perfectly matched to the architectural concept and the desired aesthetics.

Tested and approved

The facade elements are tested by building authorities and meet all relevant safety and quality standards. This makes them suitable for demanding projects with high structural and building code requirements.

Solid fastening

KerAion® facade panels are fastened to the substructure using K8 stainless steel clips. The clip lips are color-matched to the panel design and blend inconspicuously into the overall appearance of the facade.

Variable substructure

The ceramic panels can be mounted on both metal and wooden substructures. This opens up a wide range of applications for planners and fabricators, regardless of the chosen construction system.

Durable and easy to maintain

The high-quality ceramic surface is permanently resistant to weathering and UV radiation. As a result, the facade panels retain their color brilliance for many years and require only minimal maintenance.

Fasteners

Solutions for KerAion®

KerAion®façade panels are fastened to the substructure using K8 stainless steel clips. The staple lips are color-matched to the panel design. In order to prevent rattling and forced stresses caused by changing wind loads, the façade panels are softly supported on the substructure with punched foam parts or alternatively with polyurethane.
