KeraTwin® is a sophisticated system for ceramic façades that combines design freedom with technical precision. With its variety of formats, colors and surfaces, KeraTwin® adapts flexibly to a wide range of architectural and design requirements.

The system offers variable fastenings - horizontal, vertical or bonded - and can be combined with various substructures. Installation is simple, quick and economical; individual panels can also be easily replaced. All systems are certified and meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Variety in all variants

KeraTwin® offers a wide range of colors from earth tones to accent colors. The tiles are available glazed or unglazed, with matte, glossy, or textured surfaces. For example, stone, wood, and metal looks are possible.

Freedom in size and shape

The design of KeraTwin® offers a wide range of options for customizing facades: Whether smooth tiles for a purist look, textured surfaces with grooved or wavy profiles, or embossed designs with subtle plasticity.

The format selection ranges from heights from 15 cm to large formats up to 60 x 180 cm. Particularly flexible: the length of the façade panels can be individually selected in millimetre increments to design façades precisely and without unnecessary joints.

KeraTwin® facade elements ensure a precise and visually appealing connection between windows, doors, and wall finishes by enabling seamless integration of these components. This not only achieves high functionality and stability for the entire facade construction, but also creates an aesthetically harmonious overall appearance.

Joint profiles / joint spacers

There are two options for keeping the joints in rail systems permanently in position and thus ensuring their appearance for decades: joint profiles or joint spacers. They are necessary to define the joints (positioning). Without them, the panels would shift over the lifetime of the facade due to the minimal movements of the substructure (thermal expansion).

Corner solution with miter plates

The corner solution with miter plates is a special technique for designing and connecting the corners of facades with ceramic panels. The ceramic panels are connected to each other at the corners with miters to achieve a clean, precise, and aesthetically pleasing joint.

Corner solution with miter plate and external corner profile sword

This solution combines miter plates with an external corner profile to create a visually high-quality, durable, and weather-resistant corner design. It reliably protects the tile edges and ensures precise, clean lines at the corner of the building.

Corner solution with square external corner profile

The corner solution with external corner profile offers an easy-to-install alternative, as no miter cut is required. The profile reliably protects the ceramic panels at the corner and ensures clean edges. The external corner profile is designed as a visible square profile.

Corner solution with negative external corner profile

The corner solution with negative external corner profile is a design alternative to the corner solution with square external corner profile. This solution is also easy to install without miter cuts.
